Mohamed Raef, TSD Managing Director, Middle East & Africa, is a talented lean thinking & practice enthusiast. He has been supporting companies and organisations in their lean based improvement and transformation efforts in different parts of the world since 2010 and has achieved remarkable results. In industries such as: Air conditioning, Refrigerators, Home appliances, stone & marble, electronic boards, maintenance & repair, clothing and healthcare.

His implementation strategy is built upon engagement throughout all levels of the client’s organisation and aligning the goals of the lean based improvement effort with the overall strategy of the organisation, creating a shared vision and commitment that everyone could relate to and developing a true understanding of the lean thinking philosophy with the client along the way on their journey through hands on coaching and effective communication.

Also, he is a Lean Manufacturing black belt. He has worked in very difficult environments, achieving exceptional results by dealing swiftly with different forms of resistance to change and helping clients find a pathway to a smooth transformation to their respective work cultures while ensuring that bottom line improvements are being realised through regularly reviewing performance versus the clearly set goals and expectations.
