TSD provides a full range of functional & lean training programs, both off-the-shelf and customized, for delivery to all organizational levels. To achieve this, we use simulation, classroom, workshop and seminar formats, covering a multitude of subjects and following our 5 Phase model and Roadmap.
Our courses come in 3 objective categories:
- Concepts – Courses with the purpose of instilling conceptual understanding of the subject.
- Analysis – Case studies are used to test the student’s subject matter understanding as well as critical thinking.
- Applications – Students are guided in learning cohorts through real-world application of their new knowledge. Projects are completed and reviewed.
