Role Specific Learning Requirements

Assign roles to your personnel to define their learning path. Once enrolled, they can follow a guided path utilizing pre-requisite courses as a way of controlling what they are learning. Quizzes & activities are used to evaluate their learning along the way to confirm they are ready to move on to the next module.

Live Status

Using SCORM authoring technology, our courses are more than flat video files with quizzes; they are multidimensional. This allows you to track your learner’s progress on a more granular level. You can see if they opened a course, how far they made it, how long they worked on each section & even the number of attempts they made to successfully complete a quiz.

Admin Rights

If you choose to do so, you can assign a person in your organization admin rights over your learners. That means you can have a greater degree of control over the requirements, users,  progress & learning tracks. Working in the LMS is simple and cloud based.

We can work with you to build a learning Roadmap

We offer the service of assessing your organization for learning needs. Sometimes this is coupled with a consulting effort but often times it is simply to enhance your in-house efforts. We assess using Calibrate to define what the organizational learning needs are. We then use a skills matrix to work with you to define the current state of knowledge & competency. Once that is complete, we go over the needed learning with you. The final product is a customized learning roadmap for your entire organization.
